WebReaching Home, formerly known as HPS (Housing First), is aimed at those who have been chronically homeless and/or are homeless for a certain period of time. This program provides funding to urban, Indigenous, rural and remote communities to help them address their local homelessness needs. WebThe Community Advisory Board (CAB) is responsible for setting direction for addressing homelessness in Winnipeg through Reaching Home. The CAB’s membership brings together a broad and inclusive group of people, with in-depth knowledge of key sectors and systems affecting local homelessness priorities.
