WebAug 31, 2012 · Washing was fairly simple. I just put him in the bath with his arm hanging over the side and washed as normal. Would also wipe his fingers with a flannel or baby wipe a few times a day. He broke his right arm and he's right handed, but very quickly learnt how to write and draw with his left hand! Kids are often quite ambidextrous anyway! WebMy daughter is 5 and can't wash her own hair. She won't even attempt to do it by herself. If I don't do it, she is perfectly fine not washing her hair. In fairness to her, she has very thick and long hair. It is difficult to wash. I completely understand that and have no problem doing it, but my SO thinks I may be babying her.
