WebI had the same problem but I used this link and clicked on Take the quiz. I did the quiz got the points and a green checkmark. Maybe it could work for you as well. For those of you if this doesn't work at all, feel free to contact Microsoft Support like a bunch of users said. I appreciate all the comments. You're very welcome.
